As an estate planning and corporate paralegal, Sarah Borakove performs research, answers client questions, and prepares documents. She works with the estate planning attorneys and clients to ensure that the process of creating or updating an estate plan is smooth, thorough and efficient.  Once estate plans are in place, Sarah assists clients with asset transfers.  She also works on probate and trust administration matters, as well as all phases of business entity formation and maintenance. 

Sarah graduated from University of Delaware, Newark, Delaware, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and Anthropology.  She has successfully completed an ABA-approved paralegal certification program at De Anza College in Cupertino, California.  Sarah is a member of the San Francisco Paralegal Association and the Bar Association of San Francisco.
