David C. Young has been practicing law with a focus on estate planning and trust administration for more than 20 years.

His estate planning practice emphasizes sophisticated planning for high net worth individuals and business owners, frequently involving planning for multiple generations and substantial charitable gifts. His experience includes cross-border planning, as well as consideration of potential tax and other benefits available in other jurisdictions in the United States. David’s approach to estate planning is to implement practical, tax-efficient structures to accomplish the personal goals of the client.
